This position is for a Manufacturing QRC (Quick Reaction Capability) Coordinator that is responsible for prioritizing, tracking, and expediting fabricated materials through the manufacturing environment to support on-site aircraft modification programs. This role ensures material flows efficiently across all production areas to meet critical schedule milestones and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and expedite fabricated materials throughout the manufacturing process to support aircraft modification schedules.

Monitor and track material status using SAP (including proprietary and standard transactions) to ensure real-time visibility of work in progress.

Apply knowledge of production processes and shop capabilities to estimate realistic completion dates and identify potential delays.

Collaborate closely with manufacturing management to adjust priorities and resolve constraints impacting schedule performance.

Proactively identify risks to material flow and implement mitigation strategies to maintain program timelines.

Provide clear, timely status updates to direct leadership, program management, and cross-functional stakeholders including HDL, warehouse, shop operations, and supply chain teams.

Serve as a central point of coordination between production and support functions to ensure alignment and execution.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including delivering difficult or high-impact updates when necessary.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes, preferably in an aerospace or fabrication environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Demonstrated ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience using SAP for production tracking and material management

Prior experience in aircraft modifications, MRO, or aerospace manufacturing environments
