The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join our team to support the Enterprise Classified Security, Security Services and Personal Security (PERSEC) center in Mesa, AZ.

This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all government reporting requirements and managing administrative responsibilities for Department of Defense (DoD) and special program briefed individuals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and process SF-86s for cleared individuals for enrollment into Continuous Vetting (CV)

  • Receive & process Request for Clearance for initial clearance, upgrades, reinstatements and/or reciprocities

  • Submit eAPP SF 86 security clearance requests throughNational Background Investigation Services (NBIS)

  • Submit electronic fingerprints received from field via SWFT

  • Conduct administrative inquiries in the Government Security Database, Defense Information System for Security (DISS)

  • Process and report foreign travel, foreign contacts, and incoming/outgoing visit request

  • Initiate and manage security clearances for DoD cleared and special program briefed individuals

  • Conduct fingerprinting & transmit to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) on local subjects

  • Assist with mitigating, documenting, and reporting adverse and derogatory information

  • Ensure Flight Teams/Field Crews (FT/FCs) are accurately reported/documented all internal/external databases (EPSS, DISS & JADE)

  • Ensure all internal /external databases are aligned for SAP personnel reporting requirements (EPSS, DISS & JADE)

  • Ensure all administrative inquiries are inputted into DISS/JADE to align external databases for accuracy and program submission

  • Train and become proficient in the Pre-Screening Questionnaire (PSQ) process

  • Foreign Contact/Relative information entry into DISS

  • Upload SF-312s to DISS and indoctrinate access

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Industrial Security

  • 1+ years of experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM), NISP and Special Access programs

  • 1+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Some experience in Special Access Programs (SAPs)

  • Experience in the Pre-Screening Questionnaire (PSQ) process

  • Familiar with SAP/cleared Reporting Requirement

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $72,250 – $97,750
