Description:This position is for an entry level classified information system administrator with a background in cyber security, systems administration and/or networking. This position supports multiple projects / internal customers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.
• Active Interim Secret (or Higher) security clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Security+, or other IAT Level II/III security certification or the ability to obtain
• Experience with Active Directory domains and/or (Linux) NIS domains.
• Knowledge and experience with system administration of production networks including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Linux RHEL or Rocky.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on varied OS update tools necessary to install and update (service packs, patch bundles, etc).
• Direct work experience interfacing with vulnerability remediation tools and security management tools used for system hardening, log management and configuration management (ex: Nessus, E-STIG, ePo, Ivanti, Splunk, etc.)
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to enhance and expand skillsets to meet organization and new technology demands
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Limited travel to support other MFC sites may be required
Desired Skills:
• Knowledgeable in information systems and/or networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Have a solid understanding of Linux file permissions, and log-file troubleshooting tactics.
• Demonstrated proficiency applying DISA STIGs and working knowledge of variances

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
