Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

As a Software Test Technician for Tactical Control Systems, youll be a member a cross functional team responsible for supporting design and maintaining submarine combat system network architecture to support our continued commitment of providing the US and Royal Australian Navies the highest quality software.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Served in the US Navys Submarine Force as an FTOW and received an honorable discharge, understanding of reader-working procedural compliance, ability to be a self starter.

What sets you apart:

• Experience supporting requirement validation and verification of submarine control systems
• Support the submarine watch section as FTOW during ships deployment
• Experience with AN/BYG-1 TI18 APB19 or later Combat Control System
• Experience supporting your divisions Work Center Supervisor role
• Experience in the SAFe Agile Process Framework

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $82,015.00 - USD $88,743.00 /Yr.
