Gulfstreambuilder of the worlds most advanced business aircraftis hiring an Aircraft Delivery Specialist to support acceptance and delivery of new IAIproduced Gulfstream aircraft. What Youll Do

  • Inspect and accept new aircraft and assemblies.
  • Coordinate deliveries between IAI, Gulfstream, and Final Phase operations.
  • Lead quality investigations and support suppliersite quality activities.
  • Manage aircraft registration with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide technical input on quality systems and support MRB processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Aviation, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years aviation experience with strong QA background.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • Broad technical understanding (structures, mechanical systems, avionics, electrical).
  • Experience with CAAI/FAA requirements preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Aviation or a related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years Aviation experience.

Position Purpose:

Under the direction of the GALP Operations & Acceptance Manager, responsible for performing all tasks in area of responsibility in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures Gulfstream acceptance and delivery of new IAI-produced Gulfstream aircraft complies with and in conformity to type design data and is provided with a valid Certificate of Airworthiness.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Inspects and accepts all new aircraft and when applicable, aircraft assemblies.
  2. Coordinates, manages and reports about aircraft deliveries to Gulfstream Final Phase facility.
  3. Participates, coordinates and implements numerous quality activities at supplier sites with participation of Gulfstream, IAI and partners.
  4. Conducts and executes quality investigations.
  5. Coordinates aircraft registration with regulatory authorities, Gulfstream Contracts Administration and IAI.
  6. Provides technical input to management regarding quality system and product quality activities.
  7. Supports production line Material Review Board activities.

Additional Functions:
  1. Works with and instructs new specialists in inspection & operations functions. .
  2. Provides support to Gulfstream Final Phase as related to delivered aircraft. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English and Hebrew with strong written and verbal skills required.
  2. Experience in a variety of technical disciplines desirable (such as Structural Design, Mechanical Systems, Avionics and Electrical).
  3. Aircraft Operations experience desirable.
  4. Experience with CAAI/FAA/Certification requirements desirable.
  5. Quality Assurance experience required.
  6. Functional computer skills with MS Office suite of products, PowerPoint, Excel, Word required.
