Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or technical field or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, prior production leadership experience is preferred.

Utilizing your fundamental knowledge of production activities, the Advanced Manufacturing Coach Associate will act as a lead/supervisor by coordinating the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging or completed units. Youll review production schedules, material, and manpower resources in order to assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.

What you bring to the table:

  • Ensures training certifications are up to date for employees within the area of responsibility
  • Informs assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinates with support groups to
    resolve problems affecting schedule
  • Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in
    materials, equipment, and procedures
  • Reviews production schedules, material, and manpower resources to assign employees to maximize
    production objectives, maintain quality, and attain output requirements
  • Coordinates the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts
    to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging, or completed units
  • Functions as a Lead/Supervisor of people
  • Interacts with Quality Personnel to ensure the area's quality objectives are met
  • Maintains a variety of reports, records, and production documentation to reflect schedules, performance,
    methods, etc
  • Ensures the employment, training, employee motivation, counseling, and performance management of
    employees supervised
  • Working hands on with Product on the manufacturing floor

  • Solid computer skills
  • Solid ability to transfer knowledge and experience across product lines



Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $32.60 - USD $34.97 /Hr.
