Foundation is a robotics and AI company building autonomous machines designed to work in
real-world environments. Our focus is on developing advanced humanoid robots and the
underlying AI systems that allow them to operate safely, reliably, and at scale.

Our flagship platform, Phantom, is a production-ready humanoid robot built to handle physically
demanding tasks in manufacturing, logistics, and defense settings. We design all of our core
technology in-house — from high-performance actuators and hardware systems to embodied AI
models that help robots perceive, reason, and act in complex environments. In addition to
humanoids, we are developing other autonomous platforms to expand how robots can be
deployed across industries.

We believe the next workforce will include intelligent machines that reduce human risk, address
labor shortages, and increase operational capability. Defense is one of several key domains
where we see robotics playing an important role.

Culturally, Foundation is a hands-on, engineering-driven company. We operate with small,
highly technical teams that move quickly, give direct feedback, and take ownership from concept
to deployment. We prioritize in-person collaboration, strong design standards, and building
hardware and software that works outside the lab — in the real world.
