Description:The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Integrator and CAM for CPSW on the F35 program.

What You Will Be Doing
• Candidate will develop, define and manage the scope, schedule and budget for the work contained in their control accounts
• Act as an Earned Value point of contact for the Program Integration leaders by analyzing program data and metrics to determine control account performance
• Candidate will work with the program manager, assisting in day-to-day program execution.
• This CAM position will interface with other CAMs, finance teams, contract management and proposal generation teams to establish and monitor program budgets and performance.
• This position will also work with finance teams to prepare and present detailed program financial data to senior leaders. Additionally, the CAM will update EACs, develop control account variance reports and comply with full criteria of the earned value system.
• The candidate will be required to establish creative solutions to efficiently deliver to contract requirements; develops mechanisms for planning, developing, and executing assigned projects.
• Candidate will assist with the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Facilitates and participates in strategic Program planning initiatives and events.
• Assists with establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with the various teams on the program, both internally and externally and help mitigate risks and resolve issues quickly as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with project management
• Experience with EVMS Performance Tracking
• Expertise in both PowerPoint and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance and supply chain to drive seamless project execution
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with DOD/DOW acquisition and proposal processes
• Depot Operations Experience
Sustainment Experience
• Prior Lockheed Martin CAM or similar experience
• F-22 Program Experience
• DOD/DOW Sustainment Experience
• DD250 & WAWF Experience
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with Leadership and USG Customer
• Effective cross-functional teambuilding and coordination is essential
• Experienced with production programs and schedule management
• Experience with aircraft logistics and knowledge of USAF logistics and flying operations or equivalent

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
