Boeing has an immediate need for a Systems Design & Integration Specialist at our Tulsa, OK facility.

In this influential role, your technical expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with business partners and stakeholders, providing insightful answers to complex technical questions related to the usage, troubleshooting, and functionality of our delivery systems products. Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a production first mindset, ensuring holistic Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) support to enable Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Programs to deliver safe quality airplanes on time to our customers

  • Collaborates directly with our BCA production program counterparts at all levels to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality

  • Partners with IDT&S product leaders, BCA functions and BCA Business Partners to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit priorities

  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

  • Identifies potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them

  • Demonstrates the Boeing Values and Behaviors to strengthen organizational culture and remove roadblocks

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience within Information Technology

  • 1+ years of experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

  • 1+ years of experience with problem solving production issues within a factory setting

  • 1+ years of experience with Factory Technology Integration

  • 1+ years of experience working with mechanics (i.e. airplane) and related functions to solve technical issues

  • 1+ years of experience with light scripting (e.g., Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate routine tasks, data flows between systems, and improve system reliability

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience within Information Technology

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology

  • Experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that include engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality

  • Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $110,700 - $135,300
