Provides supply support for the Signal Company DSST units. Performs aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., tracks parts usage) related to local or other levels of supply. Primarily working with organizational level property accountability and prescribe load lists.
Reports to TLSF Supply supervisor. Program: OMDACS-SWACA

You must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country to include but not limited to the ability to obtain and maintain a host nation visa and host nation driver’s license in order to be qualified for this position.
Responsibilities
- Supports forward based LNECs.
- Coordinates with the LNEC OIC and remote site technicians for repair parts and track parts usage for each site.
- Coordinates directly with the TLSF for repair support and repair and return of system components and parts.
- Coordinates as required with 160th TLSF warehouse facilities for spare parts and materials that are in the local AOR.
- Responsible for inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies, and equipment.
- Reconcile customer documentation concerning issues, receipts, storage of supplies and equipment, and financial discrepancies.
- Provide status on job-ordered items using manual and/or automated systems reports and written or verbal replies; challenge work requests and priorities; may be required to maintain a shop stock and bench stock, or a prescribed load list (PLL) in accordance with AR 710-2.
- Assist LNECs in obtaining items from alternate sources of supply for difficulty obtaining parts, components, and assemblies for the Battalion, in accordance with AR 710-2.
- Individuals will be required to climb ladders and will require periods of prolonged standing and sitting.
- Performs other duties and assignments assigned.

- Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance is preferred.
- Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- High School diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- Comply with Government HAZMAT Certification requirements.
- OSHA: HAZWOPER 40-hour Course certificate
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certificate
- Experience: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree for three years general experience.
- Should have minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Unit Level Supply Management and Property Control.
- Must have a working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with a customer service-oriented company.
- Skills & Technology Used:
- Proficiency in using a computer - desktop or laptop.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft productivity software.
- Proficiency in using Email client software.
- Other software / work management application tools as directed
- Forklift operation
