Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) is seeking a Property and Asset Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, FL.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain warehouse property and assure that all Government, Customer and Northrop Grumman owned property is received, handled, maintained, stored, and dispositioned in accordance with procedures, and government regulations

  • Performs combination of manual and clerical duties and perform physical inventory of assets

  • Use of appropriate material handling equipment

  • Maintain records, correspondence and reports as required

  • Use of computer system for the administration of asset management

  • Verifies quantity, identification of receipts/shipments, logs and processes receiving/shipping documents

  • Tracks receipts and shipments on logs

  • Interface with offsite Property team to resolve questions and/or concerns related to the processing of Government/ Customer and NG property and assure that it is properly protected, stored and disposed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant property management experience or a masters degree with at least 1 years of relevant property management experience or a PhD with at least 0 years of relevant property management experience. In lieu of a degree, a high school degree/diploma is acceptable with at least 4 years of relevant property management experience

  • Experience with material handling, shipping and receiving, picking and packing

  • Experience with processing documents for inventory

  • Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working overhead

  • Ability to operate hand tools

  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne or Palm Bay, FL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience, current certification

  • Computer skills, Microsoft office

  • Data entry skills

  • NPMA certification

Primary Level Salary Range: $59,600.00 - $89,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
