The Senior Data &amp; Systems Analyst will partner with EHS,&nbsp;engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to collect, analyze, and&nbsp;visualize EHS related data that drives compliance, risk reduction, and continuous&nbsp;improvement. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the EHS&nbsp;department—owning dashboards, developing the in-house EHS management system, administering the EHS digital toolset, and ensuring data integrity across&nbsp;all safety data streams.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>Beyond analytics, the Senior Data &amp; Systems Analyst will contribute to the&nbsp;development and rollout of corporate EHS initiatives by building scalable tools&nbsp;and automating manual processes. The ideal candidate brings strong<br>programming skills, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a&nbsp;proactive approach to building systems that enable the EHS team to operate at&nbsp;the speed the business demands.</p> <p><br>This role reports to the EHS Manager of Enterprise Integration and works closely&nbsp;with site-level EHS teams, engineering stakeholders, and the sustainability&nbsp;function.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Serve as the data and systems administrator for the EHS operations team,&nbsp;including supporting routine communications on safety data trends</li> <li>Design, build, and maintain leading indicator dashboards and metric&nbsp;systems used by EHS to visualize data and safety trends for Anduril&nbsp;leadership</li> <li>Develop and administer the in-house EHS management system, scoping&nbsp;features, writing code, integrating APIs, and iterating based on user&nbsp;feedback</li> <li>Serve as system owner and subject matter expert for the EHS digital&nbsp;toolset including system configuration, permissions, workflows, and data&nbsp;structures</li> <li>Train and support end users on new dashboards, tools, and system&nbsp;workflows—including onboarding documentation, troubleshooting, and&nbsp;workflow enhancements</li> <li>Build and maintain automated data pipelines (Python, SQL) to collect,&nbsp;clean, and transform EHS data from internal and external sources into&nbsp;analysis-ready datasets</li> <li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub, etc.) to&nbsp;accelerate system builds, automate repetitive analysis, and prototype new&nbsp;capabilities</li> <li>Create data visualizations and executive-ready reports that translate raw&nbsp;safety data into actionable narratives for leadership</li> <li>Oversee data quality, including periodic audits and cleanup of records</li> <li>Identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities in incident,&nbsp;audit, risk, training, and compliance data</li> <li>Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated,&nbsp;scalable solutions</li> <li>Support environmental sustainability data collection, reporting, and&nbsp;dashboard development including energy consumption, waste diversion,&nbsp;emissions tracking, and compliance with federal sustainability&nbsp;requirements</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Developer, or equivalent)</li> <li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, SQL, or&nbsp;JavaScript) with demonstrated ability to build tools, not just use them</li> <li>Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Foundry, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)</li> <li>Experience with AI-assisted coding and productivity tools (e.g., Claude&nbsp;Code, GitHub Copilot) and ability to integrate them into daily workflows</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal tools, web apps, or system integrations (APIs, databases, workflow automation)</li> <li>Strong data wrangling skills—comfortable cleaning, transforming, and&nbsp;validating messy real-world datasets</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders&nbsp;clearly and concisely</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with EHS information management systems (e.g.,VelocityEHS, Intelex, Gensuite)</li> <li>Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or data engineering&nbsp;workflows</li> <li>Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal technical&nbsp;builds</li> <li>Collaborative individual who is most comfortable working in a team&nbsp;environment on a shared task</li> <li>High energy individual who craves the opportunity to build a system vs just&nbsp;manage one</li> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems,&nbsp;Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical&nbsp;experience)</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$86,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$114,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
