We’re currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Avionics to join our high-impact Cabin, Modifications & Maintenance (CMM) marketing team.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of strategies that position Boeing’s aftermarket solutions as the benchmark in the industry. Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Architect and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and outpace competitors.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and customer needs.

  • Compelling Storytelling: Craft clear, persuasive messaging and sales enablement tools that empower sales teams and captivate customers.

  • Product Launch Leadership: Orchestrate seamless product launches and integrated marketing campaigns that maximize impact.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and drive ROI.

  • Industry Ambassador: Represent Boeing at key industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a trusted thought leader.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 -10+ years of product marketing experience in aerospace, avionics, or related high-technology sectors

  • Deep understanding of avionics systems, technologies, and aircraft modification processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

  • Proven success in launching complex products and leading impactful marketing campaigns

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives without direct authority

  • Self-motivated, organized, and intellectually curious with a collaborative leadership style

  • Willingness to travel as required to support business needs

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $107,100 - $234,600
