V2X is seeking a Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Strategic Advisor to support the Department of the Navy's (DON's) financial and supply chain system of record which is responsible for providing critical information to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) programs in support of budgets, milestone reviews, and supply chain functionality. Navy ERP supports both General Fund and Working Capital Fund activities, ensuring statutory and regulatory policy compliance and enabling mandatory external reporting.

NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) is the primary location for NAVAIR Navy ERP expertise. The NBO provides a central point for resolution of NAVAIR Navy ERP requirements and serves as the Center of Excellence (COE) for issue resolution. This program requires a team of highly qualified professionals with experience in business solutions, reporting / analysis, user management, and modernization efforts including S/4HANA.

 This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.
Responsibilities
  • Provides a detailed analysis of financial and business processes and procedures to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
  • Employs business process models, activity flows, and data models.
  • Proficient using process mapping tools and has experience supporting the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
  • Leads the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
  • Identify and analyze potential migration risks and present solutions for mitigation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education / Certifications: 

  • MA or MS degree in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline" from an U.S. Department of Education Accredited University or College 
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience or demonstrated specialized expertise may be substituted for a Master’s 

Experience / Skills: 

  • At least fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training
  • Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in a "Relevant Technical Discipline"
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations

Clearance Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.

    • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
      • USD $200,000.00 - $225,000.00
    • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
