Senior Associate, Program Finance Analyst

Job Description
L3 Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join the Release Systems Division. This position will be responsible for managing key programs including forecasting and analysis of OSPI (Orders, Sales, Profit, Investment).
Essential Functions:

Responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of budgets for large and/or complex programs. Generate budgets, forecast funding profiles to ensure adequate funding is available and within negotiated positions.

Monitor and control costs for both internal and external customers.

Perform Estimate at Completions (EAC’s), assess profit impacts and provide variance explanations.

Responsible for P&L forecasting of Orders, Sales, Profit and Investments including identifying Risks & Opportunities (R&O) as well as preparing various ad hoc financial analyses and presenting as required to Sr. Management.

Interface with various levels of management, Program Office and functional departments to support programs.

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
-
2+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance in the defense industry.

2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.

Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and government contracts.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $67,000 - $124,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $57,500 - $107,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
