Following a recent transition from Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Deltek Costpoint, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager for Deltek Costpoint, in this role you'll have the strategic objective of the end-to-end delivery of Costpoint recovery, integration and the automation roadmap.

The successful candidate will play a key role working within complex ERP environments, with the ability to operate across global teams, and the confidence to lead stabilisation and improvement initiatives.

Key Focus Areas

  • Financial outputs, including trial balance integrity and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensuring consistent and reliable revenue recognition across a complex project portfolio.
  • Improving efficiencies to enable timely and accurate cash collection.
  • Time booking, cost allocation, and project cost controls.
  • Procure-to-pay processes, developing efficiencies.

Business Context

  • Complex global project delivery environment with approximately 1,600 live projects.
  • Sectors include engineering, nuclear, defence, and infrastructure.
  • Multi-entity UK statutory reporting environment.
  • Project delivery across the UK, Europe, and wider international markets.

Stakeholder and Delivery Landscape

  • Collaboration with US-based corporate Costpoint and IT teams.
  • Engagement with a Poland-based Global Delivery Organisation (GDO).
  • Close working relationships with UK-based finance and integration teams.
  • Coordination with external Deltek Costpoint and system integration specialists.

The role will report into the VP of Finance and will support hybrid working with both UK and international travel.

Here's What You'll Need

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint with proven experience in Implementing or recovering Costpoint.
  • Configuring finance, projects, billing, and revenue modules.
  • Comfortable operating at both a system configuration level and strategic programme level.
  • Proven track record leading: Complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes for Global delivery teams (UK, US, offshore).
  • Experience in managing internal teams, external partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • Experienced integrating ERP systems with: HR systems (e.g. Workday), Workflow/AP systems (e.g. OnBase) and Project controls/reporting tools (e.g. OnPoint, P6).
  • Knowledge of automation (RPA / workflow) and AI use cases in finance/project environments.
  • Delivery focus and accountability mindset.
  • Able to operate in complex environments with a pragmatic, decisive, and outcome-oriented approach.
  • Credible with senior leadership and technical teams.
