Job Description
This position leads a team performing repair, calibration, and testing of equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and turnaround times. Manages daily repair lab operations, technical staff, and quality standards for testing/repairing electronics or equipment. Key responsibilities include workflow prioritization, technician training, calibration management, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical specifications.
Essential Functions:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor technicians; manage scheduling, performance, and staffing levels.
- Operational Management: Direct daily operations, including receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and dispatching products.
- Quality & Standards: Ensure all repairs and tests comply with company standards, ISO 9001, and safety protocols.
- Technical Support: Serve as the technical expert for complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and data analysis.
- Equipment Maintenance: Manage calibration and maintenance of specialized test equipment.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years in a technical lab/depot environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor testing, electronic troubleshooting, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $63K-$117K. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $73-$135K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
