Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 2 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Supervise and supply in time and quality all indirect, fixed assets, services and maintenance requirements for all departments ensuring and followed auditable procedures and established the lowest total cost of acquisition.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Negotiate, contract and coordinate events, assemblies, manufacturing products and services for the company .
2. Indirect material planning, though contracts, open purchase orders, masters, etc .
3. Negotiate the National and international contract for indirect material .
4. Solving problems of billing and receipt .
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects .
6. Expedite urgent materials.

Additional Functions:

1. Weekly supervision .
2. Expected to change the way it works in almost all projects in
   order to achieve maximum efficiency and savings .
3. Analysis to generate new data that impact the job and department .
4. Decisions made based on manuals, occasionally use judgment .
5. Teamwork communication and medium level .
6. Negotiations skills. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Supply Chain INCOTERMS knowledge.
2. Procurement systems.
3. MS Office.
4. Knowledge in Indirect purchases, international negotiation and contracts.

A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
