- Develop scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with leadership to inform decisions on hiring, retention, and organizational design
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of people programs (performance reviews, engagement initiatives, learning & development)
- Collaborate with HRIS and engineering teams to improve data architecture and accessibility
- Automate manual reporting processes
- Establish best practices for data governance and documentation
Basic Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in People Analytics, HR, or organizational data
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
- Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and forecasting methods
- Experience in high-growth or operationally intensive environments
