The Boeing Brand & Content studio is seeking a highly technical and creatively driven Video Producer specializing in visual effects (VFX) and motion graphics to develop premium video content for internal and external communications. This role requires deep expertise in VFX, compositing, motion design, animation and post-production workflows.

The ideal candidate will be able to take projects from concept and storyboarding through editing, effects creation, rendering and final delivery. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative, this position is a hybrid role based in Tukwila, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Function as the studio’s lead VFX specialist and subject matter expert, blending artistic vision, technical mastery and storytelling craft

  • Deliver video content—on-time, on-brief and on-brand—across the enterprise: Commercial, Defense, Services and Corporate

  • Create in a variety of modes, long-form to short-form, including social

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders

  • Seek input and feedback routinely; be positive and constructive throughout

  • Maintain production documentation, asset libraries and version controls

  • Excel at creative problem-solving and adapting to quickly changing priorities

  • Travel on occasion to support production activities, events and/or shoot logistics

  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, including Ai-enabled editing tools, advanced animation workflows and new VFX techniques

  • Ensure all deliverables meet Boeing brand standards and safety protocols

  • Be able to shoot if/when needed; have a basic command of videography (camera operation, lighting, audio, on-set direction)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree or higher

  • 10+ years of professional experience in VFX and motion graphics

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and latest Ai-enabled tools

  • Online portfolio

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move video equipment

  • Ability to work flexible hours as required for global deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in video or related field

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, 3ds Max and Unreal

  • Experience with digital asset management systems

  • Experience working with global brands and/or aerospace brands

  • Skilled also in videography (camera operation, lighting, audio, on-set direction)

Summary Pay Range: $105,400-$152,950
