There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.  Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.  Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
• Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience planning and scheduling material/production needs) + Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and scheduling material/production needs.

Desired Characteristics & Experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Strong knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and use of Oracle Systems
• Ability and willingness to work extended hours / "casual OT" both at home or within the Plant.

The base pay range for this position is $69,000 to 86,000 per year.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 20th, 2026.
