Description:Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- expert knowledge of FISA Section 702, EO12333, and NSCID-5 and NSCID-6 regulatory requirements.
-Experience translating sponsor’s workflows and procedures into technical requirements, coordinating efforts between Agencies, assessing and defining user requirements, requirements elicitation and analysis and the generation of functional and non-functional requirements, traceability, validation, verification, and developing a requirements matrix. ---Also required is experience in systems analysis, compliance and deployment, and AWS architectures.
- experience with DODAF and TOGAF

-Experience with UTT/Archer is ideal
-Experience supporting agency domains

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
