You will be an Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), joining one of the largest networks of engineering professionals. Our team is a recognized designer, developer, and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, and we're looking for a talented engineer to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting engineers from other Lockheed Martin sites in failure investigation and troubleshooting, leading failure investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action, and providing technical disposition/recommendation for production hardware. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting engineers from other Lockheed Martin sites in failure investigation and troubleshooting
• Leading failure investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action
• Providing technical disposition/recommendation for production hardware
• Presenting technical issues to program leadership and occasionally to SHIELD, ensuring accurate and appropriate presentations
• Coordinating activities between production sites and the program to clear constraints to DD250

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical hardware design for both development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industry.
- Ability to interpret and read complex electrical schematics for circuit cards assemblies (CCA).
- Experience using electrical/electronic test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and automated testing equipment for troubleshooting circuit card assemblies and other electrical hardware.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
- Ability to travel approx. 10% of time domestically.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with developing engineering estimates for proposals and reviewing suppliers’ estimates.
- Certified or working knowledge of Control Account Management (CAM)
- Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during failure investigation
- Strong background in cross-discipline systems engineering practices including requirements development/maintenance, architecture, hardware/software design, integration and verification
- Previous experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) role, particularly in a production setting.
- Experience working non-conformance disposition of hardware for production.
- Prior experience of PAC-3 program, Production processes, Failure Investigation, Root Cause and Corrective Actions
- Active DoD Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
