Boeing has an urgent hiring need for an SAP MDG Functional Data Analyst at the Mid-Level or Senior level, with strong expertise in Supplier Master. Position is a hybrid role and preferred to be located in the Dallas/Irving Texas area, but we will consider candidates living in St. Louis or Seattle areas as well. There will be required times to go into the office.

  • Hybrid Role: Must live in the Dallas, St. Louis, or Seattle area or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Green Card holder or US Citizen) due to export controls on this position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the workshops with the business and Information Technology (IT) stakeholders to gather requirements and align on MM Data governance process

  • Supports testing and automation teams during the different testing phases

  • Supports the business for Pre/Post load activities during the Data conversion and cutover

  • Creates detailed Configuration documents and Functional Design documents including process flows and integration

  • Understands Data replication techniques using system frameworks

  • Understands MDG consolidation and Mass processing techniques to handle bulk data changes and validations

  • Collaborates with the data conversions team to define the business rules to eliminate duplicate records and data quality improvement

  • Plays a key role in supporting and troubleshooting MDG MM issues in the production environment

  • Participates in projects over activities such as Redbook entries and validation

  • Understands change request processes to ensure governance, validation, and approvals controls

  • Works with business stakeholders to define the business rules around data quality, consistency, and compliance across various business processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst

  • Experience with a full lifecycle MDG implementations on S4 Hana

  • Experience with E2E business processes related to Master Data

  • Experience with Supplier Master processes and SAP MDG data models

  • Experience with MDG configuration, workflow setup, validation, and derivations

  • Experience with data quality, validations, BRF+, and integrations with ECC/S/4

  • Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholder

  • Must have excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited University

  • 9+ years of experience as an MDG MM Analyst

  • Experience with SAP Best practices

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and MDG data models

  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Mid Level - Dallas or Seattle: $108,900 - $139,000

St. Louis: $101,700 - $130,000
