Description:We are Lockheed Martin
The Test and Evaluation (T&E) team F-22 Integrator is the program Point of Contact for the T&E team. The T&E Integrator works across the Engineering and Technology (E&T) and F-22 Enterprise to provide solutions to programmatic issues related to flight test execution activities. The responsibilities of this role encompass but are not limited to the following: manage T&E Program Office Allocation; collaborate with T&E leadership / IFG Site Lead on workforce planning; provide escalation path for technical issues; develop performance metrics (flight test execution and program metrics); develop specific program metrics to support Enterprise Metrics; develop risk and opportunity matrix related to cost, schedule, and budget; leverage standard T&E processes and implement where applicable on the program and provide modifications to program specific processes as applicable; participate in customer interface meetings as required; participate in LM Program meetings to include monthly metrics meetings, strategy meetings, test management counsel, weekly program meetings, Integrated Master Schedule reviews, and others as required.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications:
- F-22 Flight Test Experience
- Experience leading projects or initiatives
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous test and evaluation experience
- Bachelors degree in a STEM related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Excellent communication/coordination skills
- Project management experience
- Comfortable working with senior leadership

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
