V2X is seeking a professional and polished Administrative Assistant III to perform senior-level administrative duties such as meeting coordination, task tracking, travel preparation, meeting preparation, and calendar reconciliation.


Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Supports Senior Division Chief and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Qualifications
  • Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • High School Diploma
    • Associates Degree in Administrative Support (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Five years of administrative support experience.
    • Previous experience in records management.
  • Skills & Technology Used:
    • Must possess basic information technology skills. Be able to perform basic functions of a PC.
    • Master at time management for self and when constructing Division Chief’s schedule.
    • Must display interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require access to US-Only data systems.
    • This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a DOD TOP SECRET (T5) / SCI clearance
    • Excellent communications and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $90,000.00 – $97,000.00
  • Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
