Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our SAP team ideally starting in April. This internship provides hands-on experience in User Access Review (UAR)-an audit process for verifying user access rights-and SAP roles clean-up. You will also gain exposure to administrative and compliance topics, such as software evaluation and drafting IT control policies.

Your Role

  • Execute User Access Reviews (UAR) for SAP R/3, S/4, and BW systems.
  • Prepare and validate data, monitor responses and document protocols.
  • Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Assign or remove roles in SAP or BW user master records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including SAP module owners, SuccessFactors leads, and bot developers.
  • Evaluate software solutions for next year UAR automation.
  • Review and update our SAP IT General Controls documentation, with the goal of extending coverage to additional systems and supporting audit activities.
  • Support SAP roles clean-up to ensure audit readiness.
  • Redesign and standardize the Segregation of Duties (SoD) process.


Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with very strong attention to detail
  • Affinity to audit topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP user management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
