Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) to join our Total Quality 1 Team in Everett, WA on Shift 1.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions

  • Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes

  • Prepare, maintain and deploy quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are met

  • Lead multi-function and multi-site teams to develop and implement company directives and quality processes that meet program and regulatory requirements

  • Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements

  • Perform hardware, software and system-level audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory and customer requirements; report results and recommended actions to management

  • Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Execute data analysis and report automation using statistical concepts and tools; leverage SQL experience to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources

  • Work under general to minimal direction, managing priorities, timelines and cross-functional communications

  • Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

  • Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment

  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data 

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) 

  • 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program 

  • Experience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS Standards 

  • Experience with ISO9001: International QMS Standards 

  • Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving 

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $102,000 - $138,000
