Job Description

The Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements of drawings and procedures are met in processing metals (shipboard, shop or Foundry). The individual will perform required Dimensional Inspections. The person will be responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (MT/PT); ensuring other required Non-Destructive tests are performed (UT/RT); ensuring the proper documentation of repairs and NDT; assisting with Quality Improvement activities.

Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs. Must be able to work at extreme heights. Must be able to work in small, tight, or confined spaces

Nice to Have

Technical experience and/or education is preferred. Upper level math skills, including Algebra 2 and higher are a plus. Ability to read blueprints is a plus
