This leadership role is located in office on-site at Palmdale, California or Redondo Beach, California.

This role is for a F-35 Production GSC Program Manager 3 and will be responsible, accountable and have the authority for the operational efficiency, strategy, planning and execution of the Production GSC execution for the F-35. The Production of the F-35 Center Fuselage occurs in Palmdale, CA and is one of the most fast paced programs in the entire corporation. The expectation is the candidate operates at the speed of the program and will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a quick fast-paced environment – including process improvements, tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders. This is a 100% in-person position. The candidate will be expected to be in Palmdale every Wednesday at a minimum.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Point of Contact (POC) for the Production GSC SOW to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Director
- Responsible for ensuring the matrix support GSC organization is executing all facets of the Supply Chain successfully to allow for uninterrupted supply of Parts to the Production line. This includes Demand Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Shipping, Import/Export, Goods Movement and Delivery Management to name a few
- Ensure we are enabling all performance and financial obligations to be met through successful execution of the Supply Chain
- Ability to travel international and domestic up to 10%
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, engineering, resource planning or accounting, OR a Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, engineering, resource planning or accounting, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, engineering, resource planning or accounting
- Must have Aerospace experience
- Must have the experience with manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters of Business Administration
- Masters of Science in Supply Chain
- Must have the ability to prepare and present Executive-level presentations
- Must have program costs and/or schedule experience, CAM experience
- Proven ability to set a vision; assess external and internal factors to determine long-term business direction; create strategies that shape the future and inspire the team, resulting in sustainable value and performance; critical thinking
- Proven ability to lead with courage; make bold moves, willingness to speak up and to take on new challenges; take calculated risks, with appropriate mitigation plans; self-aware, transparent and authentic; seek feedback from others
