Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Government Training team in Hazelwood, MO.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & Senior Level 5 Supply Base Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Leads the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies.
Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project Management Experience
Experience with Government Procurement

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Senior Level 4): $121,550.00 - $164,450.00
Summary pay range (Senior Level 5): $146,200.00 - $197,800.00
