Position Summary

Our Paris FBO is a premier facility serving one of Europe's most vibrant and demanding aviation markets. With a dedicated team of approximately 50 professionals, you will oversee a complex operation that blends high-end hospitality with rigorous aerospace standards. This is a unique opportunity to lead a significant business unit within Jet Aviation's FBO Europe division, driving growth, innovation, and an unparalleled customer experience in the heart of Paris.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and charismatic General Manager to take full tactical, operational, and financial responsibility of our FBO in Paris. If you are passionate about aviation, luxury service, and operational excellence, and ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, prestigious environment, this role is for you.

Your Role

  • Lead and Inspire the Paris FBO to New Heights: As General Manager, you will hold full tactical, operational, and financial responsibility for Jet Aviation Paris. You will craft and execute a business strategy that aligns with ambitious financial goals and the evolving needs of our clientele.
  • Elevate Customer Experience to Unrivaled Luxury: You will define and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy that positions Jet Aviation Paris as the benchmark for luxury hospitality in business aviation. By personally managing key client relationships and cultivating strategic partnerships with aerospace partners as well as industry stakeholders, you will secure loyalty and open doors to exciting new business opportunities, ensuring a vibrant and growing pipeline.
  • Inspire and Empower Your Team: Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will develop and mentor a strong management team, ensuring succession plans are in place and every team member is motivated to deliver excellence at every touchpoint
  • Be the Face of Jet Aviation Paris: Represent the Paris FBO confidently and professionally within the Jet Aviation Group and externally with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, industry associations, and the General Dynamics network. You will champion compliance with all applicable laws, aviation regulations, and company policies, promoting a positive, safety-first culture throughout the organization.


Who You Are:

  • Proven Aerospace and Hospitality Expert: You possess a solid understanding of the aerospace industry, airport handling, and regulatory frameworks, combined with a strong track record of managing complex operations through challenging times. Your experience includes growing top-line revenue and consistently achieving EBIT goals. You bring demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional luxury customer service, with the ability to design and uphold hospitality standards that exceed client expectations.
  • Charismatic and Strategic Leader: Your leadership style is convincing and inspiring, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You excel at building strong client relationships and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
  • Multilingual Professional: You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to operate effectively in the international and local business environment.
