Position Summary
We're looking for a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to lead Electrical design activities within aircraft-level Maintenance, government, or Completion projects. Your mission
- Lead an Electrical engineering team and ensure project success across cost, schedule, quality, weight, and acoustic targets.
- Prepare and validate quotations, define scopes, and support sales activities.
- Drive upfront project planning: collect data, clarify assumptions, and secure sold hours.
- Define Electrical design principles and system architecture
- Manage supplier interfaces and subcontracting activities.
- Ensure efficient processes and high-quality deliverables using modern tools and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Engineering Project Managers to define deliverables, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Participate in customer reviews, propose engineering solutions, and support change management.
- Act as design checker, releaser, and change specialist during liaison phases.
- Support project milestones and contribute to make-or-buy decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and integrate lessons learned.

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related aeronautic professional field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP aircraft Electrical engineering and team leadership.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills aligned with Jet Aviation values and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or German are a plus.
