You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALSYT of NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Major duties

You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.

Qualification

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designing, implementing and assessing internal control processes and accounting systems to solve a variety of accounting and/or auditing problems; 2) Analyzing inspection and management reports and audits to perform trend analysis and develop statistical data; and 3) Researching and investigating new or improved business and financial management practices and 4) Reviewing internal control within financial and logistics systems.
