Major duties

Plans use of Subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a weekly basis or month to month basis Investigates Electric Branch Work related problems. Provide program manager techincal direction for electrical and electronic systems. Supports and Explains management programs to subordinates. Recommends disciplinary actions, promotions and other personnel actions. Advise and counsels workers on performance

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR ~ without more than normal supervision. Working as a lead person in a group or team by ensuring work assignments are carried out, checking work in progress and making adjustments to work assignments based on priorities as it relates to electrical and electronic control systems. Lifts and carries moderately heavy equipment, such as ladders (25-80 pounds). WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed inside and outside during all seasons of the year, under all weather conditions. May work underneath buildings or in other close, poorly ventilated, and humid areas, such as attics. There is danger of injury from falls off ladders and roofs. Subject to cuts and bruises during the course of estimating.
