These are not simply fiscal planning documents, but strategic planning submissions, which have in common their broad scope and the need to provide quantitative documentation that executive-level resource managers can use. In support of these strategic plans' development, leads the team in planning and performs analytical studies of the scope and complexity noted above. Provides expert support for the Commander and leadership team's efforts to lead DOD cyberspace program partners in devising long-range (i.e., five-to-10-year) strategic, priorities, and plans for the cyberspace program. Collaborative program planning is particularly vital in the current fiscal environment, in which the DOD (like other U.S. Government agencies) must demonstrate that it is applying available resources to best effect. As the functional authority for cyberspace fiscal analysis and planning, provides analytical expertise and leadership for the team's development of mathematical and statistical methods, including automated analysis tools and models/simulations.
