A Program Quality Manager leads the quality assurance strategy for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to drive quality excellence and ensure customer satisfaction across Programs. The successful candidate will embody a growth mindset and be highly adaptable. A passion for driving excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
- Exceptional knowledge of standards AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range
USD $142,696.00 - USD $154,401.00 /Yr.
