Summary:

The Maintenance Manager ensures the airworthiness of Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft, leading scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with FAA and OEM (Boeing/Airbus) regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fleet Maintenance Management: Oversee line maintenance, heavy checks, and depot-level repairs.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA Part 121/145, NAMP 4790.2D, and Technical Directives (TDs).

• AOG Support & Rapid Deployment: Coordinate 24/7 AOG response teams and mobile repair units for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

• Quality Control & Safety Audits: Supervise NALCOMIS OOMA work order tracking, aviation safety inspections, and FOD prevention.

• Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop maintenance cost reduction strategies while optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 6+ years in commercial aircraft maintenance management, preferably on Boeing or Airbus fleets.

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.

• Experience with NALCOMIS OOMA and fleet performance tracking systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance or equivalent preferred.
