Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile Analyst with Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) experience to support Theater Army intelligence collection efforts in U.S. Army-Pacific’s (USARPAC) Intelligence Directorate at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

As a SIGINT Analyst, you will be an essential part of an intelligence team, responsible for conducting real-time ELINT analysis of a wide range of signals in the RF and digital domains, with a focus on identifying and characterizing potential threats and activities of interest within the Pacific AOR. You will utilize advanced ELINT systems, databases, and analytical techniques to perform signals identification, geolocation, and exploitation. You will also be generating time-sensitive intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings to support tactical and strategic decision-making by Combatant Command and Army leadership as well as operational units.

Your duties will further include collaborating closely with other intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, and All-Source analysts, to produce integrated intelligence assessments. You will be actively monitoring the electromagnetic environment in the Pacific theater, identifying emerging trends and potential vulnerabilities. Performing shift work rotations, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to ensure uninterrupted intelligence support to ongoing operations and exercises. You will be adhering to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and maintain operational security. Contributing to the refinement of ELINT analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance the team's overall effectiveness, and providing direct intelligence support to real-world military operations, training exercises, and crisis response efforts in the Pacific.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth ELINT analysis and signals collection activities.
  • Analyze technical characteristics of electronic signals in the RF and digital domains.
  • Accurately determine the structure, parameters, content, and purpose of electronic signals.
  • Produce detailed reports and briefings based on ELINT analysis findings.
  • Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in ELINT analysis through application of best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience with ELINT analysis or signals collection
  • Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
  • Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
  • Completed SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 courses or equivalent training
  • Highschool diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
  • Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy Crypologic Technician Technical (CTT), Navy 9141, Air Force 1N2A or an Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized ELINT analyst certification course
  • Completion of Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) and/or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP)

The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
