Job summary

You will serve as a TOOLROOM MECHANIC LEADER in the Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.

Major duties

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of tools and mechanic equipment. You will lead employees in accomplishing the repair and maintenance work by setting the pace, by oversight of the work performed and by providing on-the-job training. You will examine tools and mechanic equipment to evaluate condition and determine repairs or maintenance needed. You will disassemble equipment as necessary and clean and accomplish necessary repairs. You will demonstrate the proper work methods by example and through instruction.
