Job summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the NATEC-FST of NV AIR TECHNICAL DATA AND ENGRG SVC.

Major duties

You will advise employees on a logistics program goals and objectives You will develop performance standards to successfully evaluate logistics personnel You will establish the work schedules, deadlines, and standards for acceptable levels of logistic related work You will analyze budget or resource limitations to support integrated logistic support plans. You will initiate cost-effective alternative policies and programs that impact overall logistics management support goals

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Providing mission alignment and technical supervision to personnel on issues relating to Logistics Product Data through all phases of Navy weapon systems' life cycles, including initial design and development, test & evaluation, and fielding & sustainment Working with leadership throughout the NAVAIR and COMFRC communities to identify and resolve technical or personnel issues. Interpreting and developing Logistics Product Data management policies, methods and processes consistent with the overall objectives of COMFRC FST HQ Technical Data Management and the Naval Air Systems Command. Evaluating performance of individuals and teams, and determine adequacy of skills, training and supporting resources.
