Job summary
You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST of NMCPAC EAD UNIT GUAM.
Major duties
You will prioritize and submit work requests and classify priority using command guidance. You will request include urgent, routine, minor and specific type work for operations, maintenance, and contract work. You will provide periodic updates to management on projects pending and completed, types of work submitted such as maintenance, electrical, plumbing, facility condition, issues, and outages. You will be designated as the Command's Personal Property Manager (PPM) to manage, administer, and implement the property control and accountability program to ensure government property is accounted for. You will properly categorize and track personal property throughout the lifecycle from acquisition through receiving, utilization, management, and disposal.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing management experience in directing a variety of support services such as: managing a help desk, prioritizing and initiating service desk calls, tracking building maintenance work requests and elevating urgent repairs, maintaining records and coordinating physical inventory and periodic inspections to ensure that all government furnished property (GFP) or government furnished equipment (GFE) are in compliance with all requirements. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. The major study of such education is in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled or successfully completed a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
