Major duties

Maintain an automated property book for supply transactions in logistic systems. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports on assigned cost center property availability. Prepare adjustments in inventory records. Prepare inventory reports regarding the status of supply actions. Provide supply officers and hand receipt holders with status of supply actions. Conduct studies on items recorded in the property book for relative item data. Research supply catalogs to consolidate like items under the same stock number. Research data inaccuracies to resolve supply problems.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Forecasting and Demand Planning Inventory Management Sourcing Supply Planning Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-5).
