Major duties

Advise depot organizations of control points such as financial budget matters, stock fund, and issuing of stock. Provide supply organizations support for activities that are unique to the organization’s mission. Prepare cost justification on requirement objectives, anticipated needs, etc. Adapt policies and procedures for application to specific cases or problems. Evaluate procurement actions to determine supply demand.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Utilizing computer software programs for monthly inventories, 2) Determining purchasing requirements for delivery, and 3) Communicating inventory control procedures with personnel for coordination purposes.
