Job summary

You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Fleet Ordnance and Supply Directorate (N41) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

Major duties

You will plan, develop, and carry out vital supply/contract/COR functions and programs. You will maintain liaison with all the customer activities management, contractor corporate office, Program Offices and major claimants to provide clarifications, resolves contractual issues, and explores methods to serve the customers. You will monitor and analyze contract performance regarding delivery of items listed in the PWS by identifying and defining trends, including frequency of specific performance issues, and noting exceptionally strong or weak performance. You will conduct formal/informal meetings with the provider to discuss contract performance, resolve problems and make plans and adjustments as needed to refine methods, processes and techniques to be used to the satisfy contract requirements. You will be responsible for the efficient operation and overall accomplishment of the GCPC Program throughout the USFFC staff. You will perform supply and financial related research, material request processing, budget formulation, execution, requisition, procurement, warehouse management, hazardous material management, material disposition, recordkeeping, and inventory. You will assist the USFF N41 Defense Travel System Approving Official in the day-to-day processing of travel authorizations and vouchers. You will conduct annual inventories of supplies and equipment in accordance with established policy and procedures.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the U.S. Navy Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) program. Experience performing as an Agency Program Coordinator (APC) and/or Approving Official (AO). Experience with contract management and/or certification as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Experience and/or knowledge related to COR functions and duties. Experience providing exceptional customer service.
