Job summary

About the Position: This position requires the incumbent to serves as the Stock Records Accountable Officer for the US Army Medical Materiel Center Korea (USAMMCK), a subordinate unit of Army Medical Logistics Materiel Command (AMLC). USAMMCK is the Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel (TLAMM) and manages medical materiel support for U.S Forces Korea. Major duties

The incumbent plans and assigns work and provides technical and administrative oversight for a team of nine Quality Assurance Specialists, Supply Technicians, Supply Management Specialists, and Inventory Management Specialists. The incumbent oversees all Materiel Management and Warehousing operations to ensure compliance with procurement and supply regulations, and stewardship of DWCF materiel. The incumbent reviews and analyzes reports, and ensures records are maintained and audit ready. The incumbent reviews transactions to ensure that accounting documents are correct and in compliance with governing regulations, policies, and procedures. The incumbent oversees quality assurance and quality control for medical materiel.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Ability to work with others Planning and organizing/Time Management Supply Management Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing technical assistance and guidance in the interpretation and implementation of directives, policies, and procedures affecting team activities; 2) Implementing policies and procedures to resolve issues concerning the procurement, receipt, issuance, turn in, redistribution, and delivery of accountable materiel; AND 3) Overseeing all Materiel Management and Warehousing operations to ensure compliance with procurement and supply regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS- 11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
