Job summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Resources Specialist in the Sea Range Support Division, Sea Range Business & Technical Operations Branch of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Major duties
You will provide leadership to a diverse team of approximately 25 personnel, comprising both civilian staff and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of the Branch's mission. You will ensure that all Branch activities align with and support the strategic goals of the Sea Range Support Division and the broader mission of the Point Mugu Sea Range Department. You will lead professionals across various disciplines, including project management, office management, mission assurance, physical security, COMSEC, business software, configuration and data management, and workload metrics. You will oversee all supervisory responsibilities, including performance management (DPMAP/STRL), recruitment, hiring, training and development, space planning, and financial planning and execution. You will develop, plan, and execute the Branch's workload to support both the business and technical operations of the Point Mugu Sea Range Department.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09-12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Resources Specialist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Developing, planning, and executing workload to support business and technical operations; (2) Leading professionals across various disciplines, including project management and office management; and (3) Performing work related to performance management, recruitment, hiring, training and development, space planning, and financial planning and execution.
