Job summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCE DEPARTMENT of TRAWING TWO.

Major duties

You will interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations. You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties. You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary, and financial information and prepares summaries for use by managers. You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will plan work, set priorities, and schedule work as necessary to ensure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adversely affecting regular and recurring work. You will assign work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities, and difficulty. You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice, and instruction.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing financial systems by conducting analysis of budget and financial records to develop reports on budgetary, accounting, or administrative procedures (e.g. civilian payroll, leave, and benefits) for financial operations of a command. Education
