Job summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of FLEET AIR WESTPAC. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Major duties

You will advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will perform formulation of budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting budget estimates before authorities, review and evaluate budget requests and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will plan work, set priorities, and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work. You will develop performance standards and evaluate employee performance. Provide technical and administrative oversight, advice, and instruction. You will take disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands and recommend more serious disciplinary measure to higher supervision.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing and advising on all phases of budget administration (e.g. formulation of budget, cost estimates, presenting budget requests); developing financial plans for programs and activities; providing financial management and financial oversight for an organization; AND experience leading, supervising, motivating, and counseling employees.
