Job summary

It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Technical / Administrative Support Work Category at the Entry/Developmental Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA E3 MODELING & SIMULATION BRANCH.
Major duties
Develops engineering algorithms and models using modern software languages and modeling environments. Assists in testing algorithms and models, to include generating test cases and expected data. Prepares reports and presentations under supervision of an engineer. The purpose of this position is to provide for the development of the incumbent through on-the-job experience and training covered by a formal training program. Engineering trainees receive specific instructions on the manuals touse, procedures to follow, and the end product to be obtained.

Student Interns qualify based on their educational achievements. In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Basic Requirements: For the GG-02 grade level: Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
